第五条
The provisions of Article 7 of the new Act apply to litigation filed after this Act comes into effect, and prior laws continue to govern litigation filed before this Act comes into effect.
新法第七条の規定は、この法律の施行後に提起された訴えについて適用し、この法律の施行前に提起された訴えについては、なお従前の例による。
