第十四条（検討）
The Government, in the case where five years have passed since this Act comes into effect, is to review the state of enforcement of the provisions revised by Articles 5, 6 and 8, and, when it finds this necessary, is to take the required measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を経過した場合において、第五条、第六条及び第八条の規定による改正後の規定の施行の状況について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
