第二条（検討）
The Government is to, at an appropriate time after this Act comes into effect, taking into consideration the state of enforcement of the Act on Childcare Leave, Caregiver Leave, and Other Measures for the Welfare of Workers Caring for Children or Other Family Members as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as "the new Act"), conduct a comprehensive review of the systems for childcare leave, etc. concerning persons employed for a fixed period, and take the necessary measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後適当な時期において、第一条の規定による改正後の育児休業、介護休業等育児又は家族介護を行う労働者の福祉に関する法律（以下「新法」という。）の施行状況を勘案し、期間を定めて雇用される者に係る育児休業等の制度等について総合的に検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
