Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning Designated Corporations
第二条（指定法人に関する経過措置）
A person who, at the time this Act comes into effect, has received a designation under the provisions of Article 28, paragraph (1) of the Act on Childcare Leave, Caregiver Leave, and Other Measures for the Welfare of Workers Caring for Children or Other Family Members prior to the revision by this Act (hereinafter referred to as "the former Act") (hereinafter referred to as "former designated corporation") is deemed to be a person who has received a designation under the provisions of Article 36, paragraph (1) of the Act on Childcare Leave, Caregiver Leave, and Other Measures for the Welfare of Workers Caring for Children or Other Family Members after the revision by this Act (hereinafter referred to as "the new Act").
この法律の施行の際現にこの法律による改正前の育児休業、介護休業等育児又は家族介護を行う労働者の福祉に関する法律（以下「旧法」という。）第二十八条第一項の規定による指定を受けている者（以下「旧指定法人」という。）は、この法律による改正後の育児休業、介護休業等育児又は家族介護を行う労働者の福祉に関する法律（以下「新法」という。）第三十六条第一項の規定による指定を受けた者とみなす。
A public notice given pursuant to the provisions of Article 28, paragraph (2) or paragraph (4), or Article 31, paragraph (4) of the former Act before the day this Act comes into effect, which is in effect at the time this Act comes into effect, is deemed to be a public notice given pursuant to the provisions of Article 36, paragraph (2) or paragraph (4), or Article 39, paragraph (4) of the new Act.
この法律の施行の日前に旧法第二十八条第二項若しくは第四項又は第三十一条第四項の規定によりされた公示で、この法律の施行の際現に効力を有するものは、新法第三十六条第二項若しくは第四項又は第三十九条第四項の規定によりされた公示とみなす。
A disposition, procedure, or other act done to the former designated corporation, or done by the former designated corporation, pursuant to the provisions of the former Act or an order based on it before this Act comes into effect, is deemed to be a disposition, procedure, or other act done to the designated corporation prescribed in Article 36, paragraph (2) of the new Act (hereinafter referred to as "new designated corporation"), or done by the new designated corporation, pursuant to the corresponding provisions of the new Act or an order based on it.
An act falling under Article 39, paragraph (2) of the former Act, done before the day this Act comes into effect by a person who is, at the time this Act comes into effect, an officer of the former designated corporation, is deemed to be an act falling under Article 47, paragraph (2) of the new Act, and the provisions of that paragraph apply.
この法律の施行の際現に旧指定法人の役員である者がこの法律の施行の日前にした旧法第三十九条第二項に該当する行為は、新法第四十七条第二項に該当する行為とみなして、同項の規定を適用する。
