第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions set out in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Marine Transportation Act, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Amending Act") (April 1, 2025).
この政令は、海上運送法等の一部を改正する法律（以下「改正法」という。）附則第一条第四号に掲げる規定の施行の日（令和七年四月一日）から施行する。
