Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 1 and Articles 37 through 59 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act (April 1, 2004).
この政令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第一条及び附則第三十七条から第五十九条までの規定は、法附則第一条ただし書に規定する規定の施行の日（平成十六年四月一日）から施行する。
