附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2021; provided, however, that the provision adding one Article after Article 71 of the Order for Enforcement of the Consumption Tax Act in Article 1 comes into effect on January 1, 2022, and the provision amending Article 5, item (viii), (o) of that Order comes into effect on April 1, 2022.
この政令は、令和三年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中消費税法施行令第七十一条の次に一条を加える改正規定は令和四年一月一日から、同令第五条第八号ヨの改正規定は同年四月一日から施行する。
