第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the Act; provided, however, that the provisions of Articles 20 through 22 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on March 1, 1989.
この政令は、法の施行の日から施行する。ただし、附則第二十条から第二十二条までの規定は、平成元年三月一日から施行する。
