With regard to the revocation of permission, an order to abolish a business, or an order to suspend a business concerning a person who, at the time this Act comes into effect, is conducting temporary labor services with permission obtained, or by submitting a written notification, pursuant to the provisions of the Act on Ensuring the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Services and Improving the Working Conditions of Dispatched Workers prior to amendment by the provisions of Article 1 or the Act on Employment Security of Elderly Persons prior to amendment by the provisions of Article 4 (referred to as the "Former Act on Employment Security of Elderly Persons" in Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions), the provisions then in force continue to govern as to grounds arising before this Act comes into effect.
