Article 25-16-2Handling of Dispute Resolution Procedure Representation Business
第二十五条の十六の二（紛争解決手続代理業務の取扱い）
A labor and social security attorney corporation whose purpose is to conduct dispute resolution procedure representation business may not handle dispute resolution procedure representation business at an office where no specified member resides permanently.
紛争解決手続代理業務を行うことを目的とする社会保険労務士法人は、特定社員が常駐していない事務所においては、紛争解決手続代理業務を取り扱うことができない。
