第二条（不当景品類及び不当表示防止法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Even before this Act comes into effect, the Prime Minister may establish guidelines concerning the measures necessary for administering the provision of premiums and the making of representations that business operators should take, in the same manner as provided in Article 7 of the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations as amended by Article 1.
The guidelines established pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph are deemed to have been established pursuant to the provisions of Article 7, paragraph (2) of the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations as amended by Article 1, on the date on which this Act comes into effect.
前項の規定により定められた指針は、この法律の施行の日において第一条の規定による改正後の不当景品類及び不当表示防止法第七条第二項の規定により定められたものとみなす。
