附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which three months have elapsed from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of the following paragraph come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三月を経過した日から施行する。ただし、次項の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
A public hearing concerning a designation under the provisions of Article 2 or Article 4, item (iii), or concerning restrictions or prohibitions under the provisions of Article 3, may be held even before the date on which this Act comes into effect.
第二条若しくは第四条第三号の規定による指定又は第三条の規定による制限若しくは禁止に係る公聴会は、この法律の施行の日前においても、行なうことができる。
