第七条（調整規定）
If the effective date is before the date on which the Act on the Arrangement of Related Acts upon the Enforcement of the Administrative Complaint Review Act (Act No. 69 of 2014) comes into effect, the phrase "Article 12, paragraph (10)" in the provision of Article 28 of that Act amending Article 12, paragraph (10) of the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations is deemed to be replaced with "Article 33, paragraph (10)".
施行日が行政不服審査法の施行に伴う関係法律の整備等に関する法律（平成二十六年法律第六十九号）の施行の日前である場合には、同法第二十八条のうち不当景品類及び不当表示防止法第十二条第十項の改正規定中「第十二条第十項」とあるのは、「第三十三条第十項」とする。
