第百二十五条（児童扶養手当法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Benefits that are pensions based on the pre-amendment National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act prescribed in Article 4, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions and the pre-amendment National Public Officers Mutual Aid Enforcement Act prescribed in item (iv) of that Article, the pre-amendment Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act prescribed in item (vi) of that Article and the pre-amendment Local Public Officers Mutual Aid Enforcement Act prescribed in item (vii) of that Article, and the pre-amendment Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act prescribed in item (ix) of that Article are, for the purpose of the application of the Child Rearing Allowance Act, deemed to be public pension benefits prescribed in Article 3, paragraph (2) of that Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article.
