第三条
In applying Article 13-2 of the New Act with respect to payment of the allowance to a person who has taken the procedure under paragraph (1) of the preceding Article and a person listed in paragraph (3), item (i) of that Article, the phrase "the first day of the month containing the day on which the requirements for payment of the allowance came to be met" in paragraph (1) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "August 1, 2010".
