Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Review

In light of the status of enforcement of this Act, the Government is to review, from the standpoint of promoting the welfare of a child of a mother-and-child household, etc., the manner of measures for ensuring that the parent of that child performs the duty of support for that child, and when it finds it necessary, is to take necessary measures based on the results of that review.
