Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date, etc.
第一条（施行期日等）
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 1972; provided, however, that the provisions in Article 1 amending Article 66, paragraphs (1) through (3) and Article 67, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the National Pension Act, the provisions in Article 2 amending Articles 10 and 11 and Article 12, paragraph (2), item (ii) of the Child Rearing Allowance Act, the provisions in Article 3 amending Articles 9 and 10 and Article 11, paragraph (2), item (ii) of the Special Child Rearing Allowance Act, and the provisions of Article 2, paragraph (2), Article 3, paragraph (2) and Article 4, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date of promulgation, the provisions in Article 1 amending the proviso to Article 33, paragraph (1), Article 38 and Article 43 of the National Pension Act and the provisions of Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on July 1 of that year, and the provisions in Article 1 amending Article 18 of the National Pension Act come into effect on March 1, 1973.
この法律は、昭和四十七年十月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中国民年金法第六十六条第一項から第三項まで並びに第六十七条第二項及び第三項の改正規定、第二条中児童扶養手当法第十条、第十一条及び第十二条第二項第二号の改正規定、第三条中特別児童扶養手当法第九条、第十条及び第十一条第二項第二号の改正規定並びに附則第二条第二項、附則第三条第二項及び附則第四条第二項の規定は公布の日から、第一条中国民年金法第三十三条第一項ただし書、第三十八条及び第四十三条の改正規定並びに附則第二条第一項の規定は同年七月一日から、第一条中国民年金法第十八条の改正規定は昭和四十八年三月一日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 66, paragraphs (1) through (3) and Article 67, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the National Pension Act as amended by this Act, the provisions of Articles 10 and 11 and Article 12, paragraph (2), item (ii) of the Child Rearing Allowance Act as amended by this Act, and the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 and Article 11, paragraph (2), item (ii) of the Special Child Rearing Allowance Act as amended by this Act apply from May 1, 1972.
この法律による改正後の国民年金法第六十六条第一項から第三項まで並びに第六十七条第二項及び第三項の規定、この法律による改正後の児童扶養手当法第十条、第十一条及び第十二条第二項第二号の規定並びにこの法律による改正後の特別児童扶養手当法第九条、第十条及び第十一条第二項第二号の規定は、昭和四十七年五月一日から適用する。
