Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Taking Over of Affairs from the Employment Promotion Corporation, etc.

①The Employment Promotion Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Promotion Corporation") is, at the time this Act comes into effect, to hand over to the Minister of Labour (or, in the case where the association is to be made to conduct the operations referred to in Article 39-2, paragraph (1) of the New Act (referred to as "levy-related operations" in the following Article) pursuant to that paragraph, to the association; the same applies hereinafter) its affairs relating to the operations that are to be conducted by the Minister of Labour under the provisions of the New Act and that the Employment Promotion Corporation was previously to conduct under the provisions of the Act for Employment Promotion of Persons with Physical Disabilities before amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Act") (hereinafter referred to as the "operations under the former law").

②Procedures and other acts taken, prior to the enforcement of this Act, with regard to the operations under the former law toward the Employment Promotion Corporation pursuant to the provisions of the Former Act, and dispositions, procedures and other acts taken by the Employment Promotion Corporation, are deemed to be procedures and other acts taken toward the Minister of Labour, and dispositions, procedures and other acts taken by the Minister of Labour, pursuant to the corresponding provisions of the New Act.
