第四条（特定業種退職金共済規程の作成等）
The new Organization must obtain the deliberation of the management board for the specified industry concerned on the following matters concerning the administration of the specified-industry retirement allowance mutual aid operations:
新機構は、特定業種退職金共済業務の運営に関する事項で次に掲げるものについては、当該特定業種に係る運営委員会の議を経なければならない。
