この法律は、公布の日から起算して九十日を経過した日から施行する。

この法律の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、この法律の施行後も、なお従前の例による。第二項に規定する最低賃金に関し、同項に規定する期間内にした行為に対するその期間の満了後における罰則の適用についても、同様とする。

政府は、最低賃金制度の基本的な在り方について、労働政策審議会の意見の提出があつたときは、速やかに、必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
