Supplementary Provisions, Article 7
第七条
A Municipality (including special wards; the same applies in Article 21 of the Supplementary Provisions) or National Health Insurance Society may, even before the item (vi) Effective Date, enact or revise a Municipal Ordinance or constitution and take other actions necessary for the enforcement of the item (vi) new National Health Insurance Act (including orders based thereon).
市町村（特別区を含む。附則第二十一条において同じ。）又は国民健康保険組合は、第六号新国民健康保険法（これに基づく命令を含む。）の施行のために必要な条例又は規約の制定又は改正その他の行為については、第六号施行日前においても行うことができる。
