Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Preparatory Acts Accompanying Partial Amendment of the National Health Insurance Act
第六条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う準備行為）
A Federation of National Health Insurance Associations may, even before the item (vi) Effective Date, take preparatory actions necessary for carrying out operations relating to the examination of and payment for claims for delivery expenses prescribed in Article 85-3, paragraph (1) of the item (vi) new National Health Insurance Act, and to the payment of lump-sum allowance at childbirth.
国民健康保険団体連合会は、第六号施行日前においても、第六号新国民健康保険法第八十五条の三第一項に規定する分娩費の請求に関する審査及び支払並びに出産時一時金の支払に関する業務の実施に必要な準備行為をすることができる。
