第十七条
A Municipality may, even before the item (ii) Effective Date, enact or revise a Municipal Ordinance and take other actions necessary for the enforcement of the National Health Insurance Act (including orders based thereon) as amended by the provisions of Article 10.
市町村は、第十条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法（これに基づく命令を含む。）の施行のために必要な条例の制定又は改正その他の行為については、第二号施行日前においても行うことができる。
