Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the National Health Insurance Act

A prefecture is to establish the prefectural national health insurance management policy prescribed in Article 82-2, paragraph (1) of the National Health Insurance Act by the day preceding the effective date of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (v) of the Supplementary Provisions, in accordance with the provisions of Article 82-2 (excluding paragraph (9)) of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 6.
