Supplementary Provisions, Article 28Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the National Health Insurance Act
第二十八条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to an insured person under the national health insurance program who, at the time of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions, is actually residing in a specified facility set forth in Article 116-2, paragraph (1), item (vi) of the National Health Insurance Act before the amendment by the provisions of the preceding Article (excluding one that falls under a specified facility set forth in Article 116-2, paragraph (1), item (vi) of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article (hereinafter referred to as the "Revised National Health Insurance Act")), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の際現に前条の規定による改正前の国民健康保険法第百十六条の二第一項第六号に掲げる特定施設（前条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法（以下「新国保法」という。）第百十六条の二第一項第六号に掲げる特定施設に該当するものを除く。）に入居をしている国民健康保険の被保険者については、なお従前の例による。
