第二十八条（社会福祉の増進のための社会福祉事業法等の一部を改正する等の法律等の効力）
The provisions set forth in the following items are not to be construed as having no effect as an Act amending the provisions specified respectively in those items.
次の各号に掲げる規定は、それぞれ当該各号に定める規定を改正する法律としての効力を有しないものと解してはならない。
