Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the National Health Insurance Act
第三条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
A National Health Insurance Society or Federation of National Health Insurance Associations that, at the time the provisions listed in Article 1, item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, has actually obtained authorization under Article 27, paragraph (2) of the National Health Insurance Act before the amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 86 of that Act) for a resolution on the matters listed in paragraph (1), item (iii) of that Article, or has applied for it, is deemed to have made the notification under paragraph (4) of that Article of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Revised National Health Insurance Act") (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 86 of the Revised National Health Insurance Act) for a resolution on the matters listed in Article 27, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Revised National Health Insurance Act.
附則第一条第一号に掲げる規定の施行の際現に第一条の規定による改正前の国民健康保険法第二十七条第二項（同法第八十六条において準用する場合を含む。）の規定により同法第二十七条第一項第三号に掲げる事項の議決に係る認可を受けている国民健康保険組合若しくは国民健康保険団体連合会又はその申請を行っている国民健康保険組合若しくは国民健康保険団体連合会は、第一条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法（以下「新国保法」という。）第二十七条第一項第三号に掲げる事項の議決に係る同条第四項（新国保法第八十六条において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による届出を行ったものとみなす。
