Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the amending provisions of Article 27 and Article 65, paragraph (3) of the National Health Insurance Act in Article 1, the provisions of Articles 2, 4 and 5, and the provisions of the following Article through Article 4, Article 9, Articles 13 through 24 and Article 30 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three months from the date of promulgation.
第一条中国民健康保険法第二十七条及び第六十五条第三項の改正規定並びに第二条、第四条及び第五条の規定並びに次条から附則第四条まで、第九条、第十三条から第二十四条まで及び第三十条の規定 公布の日から起算して三月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日
the amending provisions of paragraphs (6) and (7) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Health Insurance Act in Article 1, the amending provisions that add four paragraphs to the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, the amending provisions in Article 3 that make Article 9 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Health Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 53 of 1995) Article 10 of the Supplementary Provisions and insert one Article after Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions of Articles 6 through 8, 27 and 28 of the Supplementary Provisions: July 1, 1998
