第六十五条（罰則に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the business secrets of an establisher of an institution handling medical treatment prescribed in Article 36, paragraph (4) of the Former National Health Insurance Act or of an institution handling specially approved medical treatment prescribed in Article 53, paragraph (1) of the Former National Health Insurance Act, the provisions of each paragraph of Article 121 of the Former National Health Insurance Act remain in force on and after the Effective Date.
旧国保法第三十六条第四項に規定する療養取扱機関又は旧国保法第五十三条第一項に規定する特定承認療養取扱機関の開設者の業務上の秘密に関しては、旧国保法第百二十一条各項の規定は、施行日以後も、なおその効力を有する。
