第十八条
The provisions of Article 58, paragraph (1) of the Revised National Health Insurance Act apply to insured persons and former insured persons whose date of childbirth is on or after the Effective Date, and with regard to benefits pertaining to the childbirth of insured persons and former insured persons whose date of childbirth is before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
新国保法第五十八条第一項の規定は、出産の日が施行日以後である被保険者及び被保険者であった者について適用し、出産の日が施行日前である被保険者及び被保険者であった者の出産に係る給付については、なお従前の例による。
