第三条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern subsidies from the national government to National Health Insurance Societies for the expenses required for benefits for medical treatment provided before April 1, 1978 and for payment of medical expenses pertaining to medical treatment given before that date.
昭和五十三年四月一日前に行われた療養の給付及び同日前に行われた療養に係る療養費の支給に要する費用についての国民健康保険組合に対する国の補助については、なお従前の例による。
