附 則
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 1961.
この法律は、昭和三十六年十月一日から施行する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the ratio of co-payment for benefits for medical treatment provided before this Act comes into effect and the amount of medical expenses pertaining to medical treatment given before this Act comes into effect.
この法律の施行前に行なわれた療養の給付に関する一部負担金の割合及びこの法律の施行前に行なわれた療養に係る療養費の額については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the burden and subsidies borne by the national treasury for the expenses required for benefits for medical treatment provided before this Act comes into effect and for payment of medical expenses pertaining to medical treatment given before this Act comes into effect.
この法律の施行前に行なわれた療養の給付及びこの法律の施行前に行なわれた療養に係る療養費の支給に要する費用についての国庫の負担及び補助については、なお従前の例による。
