Article 3-12-13Special Provisions on a Request for a Class III Split of Standardized Remuneration
第三条の十二の十三（三号分割標準報酬改定請求の特例）
Where, after the standardized remuneration of a specific insured person and a dependent spouse has been revised and decided pursuant to Article 78-14, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Act, the notification prescribed in Article 7-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Pension Act is made with regard to that dependent spouse, a request for a class III split of standardized remuneration is deemed to have been made on the day on which that notification is made; provided, however, that this does not apply in the case prescribed in the proviso to Article 78-14, paragraph (1) of the Act.
法第七十八条の十四第二項及び第三項の規定により特定被保険者及び被扶養配偶者の標準報酬の改定及び決定が行われた後に、当該被扶養配偶者に係る国民年金法附則第七条の三第一項に規定する当該届出が行われた場合については、当該届出が行われた日に三号分割標準報酬改定請求があつたものとみなす。ただし、法第七十八条の十四第一項ただし書に規定するときは、この限りでない。
