Article 15Special Provisions on Administrative Affairs Concerning Payment of Lump-Sum Withdrawal Payments
第十五条（脱退一時金の支給に関する事務の特例）
Where a person who makes a request for a lump-sum withdrawal payment pursuant to Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act at the same time makes a request for a lump-sum withdrawal payment under the National Pension Act pursuant to Article 9-3-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Pension Act, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 2-5 of the Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 29, paragraph (9) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act, the administrative affairs concerning the payment of the lump-sum withdrawal payment under Article 29, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act for that person are to be performed by the person specified in Article 2-5, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 29, paragraph (9) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act.
法附則第二十九条第一項の規定により脱退一時金の請求をする者が、同時に国民年金法附則第九条の三の二の規定により同法による脱退一時金の請求をする場合には、法附則第二十九条第九項において準用する法第二条の五の規定にかかわらず、その者に係る法附則第二十九条第二項の規定による脱退一時金の支給に関する事務は、同条第九項において準用する法第二条の五第一項第一号に定める者が行う。
