Article 1-4Persons Specified by Cabinet Order Prescribed in Article 23-2, Paragraph (1) of the Act
第一条の四（法第二十三条の二第一項に規定する政令で定める者）
The persons specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 23-2, paragraph (1) of the Act are as follows:
法第二十三条の二第一項に規定する政令で定める者は、次のとおりとする。
a child prescribed in Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Act on Childcare Leave, etc. of Diet Officers (Act No. 108 of 1991);
国会職員の育児休業等に関する法律（平成三年法律第百八号）第三条第一項に規定する子
a child prescribed in Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Act on Childcare Leave, etc. of National Public Officers (Act No. 109 of 1991) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 27, paragraph (1) of that Act and the Act on Temporary Measures concerning Court Officials (Act No. 299 of 1951) (limited to the portion pertaining to item (vii)));
国家公務員の育児休業等に関する法律（平成三年法律第百九号）第三条第一項（同法第二十七条第一項及び裁判所職員臨時措置法（昭和二十六年法律第二百九十九号）（第七号に係る部分に限る。）において準用する場合を含む。）に規定する子
a child prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Act on Childcare Leave, etc. of Local Public Officers (Act No. 110 of 1991);
地方公務員の育児休業等に関する法律（平成三年法律第百十号）第二条第一項に規定する子
a child prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Act on Childcare Leave for Judges (Act No. 111 of 1991).
裁判官の育児休業に関する法律（平成三年法律第百十一号）第二条第一項に規定する子
