In addition to the imposition of punishment on the offender, if a representative of a corporation or an agent, employee, or other worker of a corporation or individual engages in contravening conduct as provided for in provisions as listed in the following items in connection with the operations of said corporation or individual, said corporation is liable to a fine as prescribed in the relevant item and said individual is liable to a fine as provided for in the relevant article:
法人の代表者又は法人若しくは人の代理人、使用人その他の従業者が、その法人又は人の業務に関し、次の各号に掲げる規定の違反行為をしたときは、その行為者を罰するほか、その法人に対して当該各号に定める罰金刑を、その人に対して各本条の罰金刑を科する。
Article 79 or Article 79-2:fine of one hundred million yen or less;
Article 80 or Articles 81 through 83 (excluding paragraph (1), item (iii) of the same article):fine as provided for in the relevant article.
