A person falling under one of the following items is subject to imprisonment for not more than six months, a fine of not more than 1,000,000 yen, or both:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、六月以下の拘禁刑若しくは百万円以下の罰金に処し、又はこれを併科する。
a person who contravenes the provisions of Article 25, paragraph (5) (including cases where applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 26, paragraph (2)), Article 32, or Article 44;
a person who engages in conduct as listed in item (iii) of Article 47 in contravention of the provisions of the same article.
