Guidance, advice, and recommendations required to secure the proper operations of the Real Estate Brokerage and promote the sound development of the Real Estate Brokerage may be provided by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to all Real Estate Brokers and by a prefectural governor to any Real Estate Broker engaged in the Real Estate Brokerage within a zone of said prefecture.
