Article 64-13Exemption from the requirement to deposit security deposits for operations
第六十四条の十三（営業保証金の供託の免除）
A member of a Real Estate Transaction Guarantee Association, on or after the date for the commencement of Repayment Services as designated by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism pursuant to the provisions of Article 64-8, paragraph (1), is not required to deposit a security deposit for operations to be deposited by a Real Estate Broker.
宅地建物取引業保証協会の社員は、第六十四条の八第一項の規定により国土交通大臣の指定する弁済業務開始日以後においては、宅地建物取引業者が供託すべき営業保証金を供託することを要しない。
