If a refund of security deposit for Repayment Services has been made through the exercise of the right as provided for in Article 64-8, paragraph (1), a Real Estate Transaction Guarantee Association must provide a notification of the fact that a refund appropriation of an amount equivalent to said refund amount should be paid to the Real Estate Transaction Guarantee Association to the member or person constituting a former member pertaining to said refund.
宅地建物取引業保証協会は、第六十四条の八第一項の権利の実行により弁済業務保証金の還付があつたときは、当該還付に係る社員又は社員であつた者に対し、当該還付額に相当する額の還付充当金を宅地建物取引業保証協会に納付すべきことを通知しなければならない。
A member or person constituting a former member to which a notification as provided for in the preceding paragraph has been provided, must pay a refund appropriation of the notified amount to said Real Estate Transaction Guarantee Association within two weeks of the date on which said notification was received.
前項の通知を受けた社員又は社員であつた者は、その通知を受けた日から二週間以内に、その通知された額の還付充当金を当該宅地建物取引業保証協会に納付しなければならない。
If a member of a Real Estate Transaction Guarantee Association fails to pay a refund appropriation as provided for in paragraph (1) by the end of the period as prescribed in the preceding paragraph, said member forfeits its status.
宅地建物取引業保証協会の社員は、前項に規定する期間内に第一項の還付充当金を納付しないときは、その地位を失う。
