If the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism deems it necessary and appropriate to protect the interests of a buyer where a Designated Guarantee Agency comes to fall under the provisions of any of Article 52, items (ii) through (iv), said minister may order said Designated Guarantee Agency to take measures required for the amelioration of the status of property or the operations of the business thereof to the extent of said necessity.
