The Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism may attach conditions to the approval as provided for in paragraph (1) of the preceding article and revise said conditions.
国土交通大臣は、前条第一項の認可に条件を付し、及びこれを変更することができる。
The conditions as provided for in the preceding paragraph must not be limited to those that are minimally required to secure the fairness of transactions involving Real Estate, and must not impose any undue obligation on a person who has obtained said approval.
