①If a notification of the suspension or abolition of Registration Operations in whole or in part under Article 50-13, paragraph (1), has been made; a Designation has been rescinded or the suspension of Registration Operations in whole or in part has been ordered pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding article; or it is deemed necessary where it has become difficult for a Real Estate Information Network System to implement Registration Operations in whole or in part due to a natural disaster or for other reasons, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism may have another Real Estate Information Network System carry out said Registration Operations in whole or in part pursuant to approved Regulations Governing Registration Operations as provided for in Article 50-5, paragraph (1).

②If the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism determines that Registration Operations are to be carried out by another Real Estate Information Network System pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, said minister must, as specified by an Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, issue a public notice of the fact thereof.

③In addition to what is as prescribed in the preceding two paragraphs, transitional measures that would be required if a reason as prescribed in paragraph (1) were to arise may be specified by an Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to the extent that is determined to be reasonably necessary.
