If a Real Estate Information Network System intends to suspend or discontinue Registration Operations in whole or in part, the Real Estate Information Network System must provide a notification of matters as specified by an Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism by no later than thirty days prior to the intended date of suspension or abolition.
If a notification as provided for in the preceding paragraph is submitted, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism must issue a public notification of the fact thereof.
