A Real Estate Broker must, pursuant to the provisions of an Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, prepare books relating to the operations thereof for each business office operated thereby and state therein, for each transaction relating to the Real Estate Brokerage, the date, address and area of the Building Lot or building pertaining to said transaction and any other matter as specified by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
