A person who falls under any of the following items is punished by imprisonment for not more than one year or by a fine of not more than 3,000,000 yen, or both:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、一年以下の拘禁刑若しくは三百万円以下の罰金に処し、又はこれを併科する。
a person who has violated an order under the provisions of Article 63-2, paragraph (5);
第六十三条の二第五項の規定による命令に違反した者
a person who has failed to make a notification under the provisions of Article 63-3, paragraph (1) or (2), or has made a false notification;
第六十三条の三第一項又は第二項の規定による届出をせず、又は虚偽の届出をした者
a person who has failed to make a report under the provisions of Article 63-4, paragraph (1) or Article 75-6, paragraph (1), or has made a false report, or has refused, obstructed or evaded an inspection under these provisions, or has failed to make a statement in response to a question or has made a false statement.
第六十三条の四第一項若しくは第七十五条の六第一項の規定による報告をせず、若しくは虚偽の報告をし、又はこれらの規定による検査を拒み、妨げ、若しくは忌避し、若しくは質問に対し陳述をせず、若しくは虚偽の陳述をした者
