A person who, having been requested to make a report under the provisions of Article 6-4-4, paragraph (1), has failed to comply or made a false report, a person who has violated an order under the provisions of Article 30-13, paragraph (5), Article 30-18-2, paragraph (2) or Article 30-18-4, paragraph (6), or a person who, in violation of the provisions of Article 30-18-6, paragraph (3), has failed to give notification or has given a false notification, is subject to a civil fine of up to 300,000 yen.
第六条の四の四第一項の規定により報告を求められて、これに従わず、若しくは虚偽の報告をした者、第三十条の十三第五項、第三十条の十八の二第二項若しくは第三十条の十八の四第六項の規定による命令に違反した者又は第三十条の十八の六第三項の規定に違反して、届出をせず、若しくは虚偽の届出をした者は、三十万円以下の過料に処する。
