When a clinically trained physician, a clinically trained dentist, or a midwife establishes a clinic or birthing center, the physician must notify the prefectural governor of the area in which the clinic or birthing center is situated within ten days of its establishment.
臨床研修等修了医師、臨床研修等修了歯科医師又は助産師が診療所又は助産所を開設したときは、開設後十日以内に、診療所又は助産所の所在地の都道府県知事に届け出なければならない。
