A person who has been provided with medical corporation information pursuant to the provisions of Article 69-4, paragraph (1), a person engaged in surveys, academic research or analysis relating to that medical corporation information conducted by that person, or a person who was either of these must not unreasonably disclose to another person the content of medical corporation information learned in relation to the use of that medical corporation information, or use it for an improper purpose.
第六十九条の四第一項の規定により医療法人情報の提供を受けた者若しくはその者の行う当該医療法人情報に係る調査、学術研究若しくは分析に従事する者又はこれらの者であつた者は、当該医療法人情報の利用に関して知り得た医療法人情報の内容をみだりに他人に知らせ、又は不当な目的に利用してはならない。
