The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may entrust all or part of the affairs relating to the collection and organization of information and the provision of the results of analysis under the provisions of Article 69-2, paragraph (3), the preparation of statistics, etc. under the provisions of Article 69-3, and the provision of medical corporation information under the provisions of Article 69-4, paragraph (1) to the Welfare and Medical Service Agency (referred to as "the organization" in the following Article).
厚生労働大臣は、第六十九条の二第三項の規定による情報の収集及び整理並びに分析の結果の提供、第六十九条の三の規定による統計の作成等並びに第六十九条の四第一項の規定による医療法人情報の提供に関する事務の全部又は一部を独立行政法人福祉医療機構（次条において「機構」という。）に委託することができる。
